Provider standards

Operating expectations before a service visit

This page documents the standards Elioru should use before confirming home-service work. It avoids claims that are not yet verified.

Confirm fit before scheduling

A request should be reviewed for service category, timing, location, access, and job limits before a visit is confirmed.

Communicate scope clearly

Customers should know what is included, what may change the price, and what is outside scope before work begins.

Respect property and privacy

Providers should protect customer property, avoid unrelated private areas, and use photos only for the requested job.

Escalate specialist work

Work that appears unsafe, licensed, structural, electrical, plumbing, pest-control treatment, or outside scope should be redirected before proceeding.

Claims to verify first

Details to publish only when confirmed

Insurance details

Publish only after the actual insurance status and documentation process are confirmed.

Background checks

Publish only after the screening process is active and documented.

Licensing

Publish only for specific services and providers where licensing is verified.

Satisfaction policy

Publish only after refund, revisit, and complaint-handling rules are operational.
